Beneatha and Travis are cleaning the apartment.

Walter got a phone call from Willy and he said the liquor plan ran smoothly. He promised he will  have the money to support. Beneatha invited Joseph to come to the apartment, who is an Africa African. Ruth is preferment for two months and feel anxious. Mama help her calm down.

Walter heard Ruth is pregnant from Mama, she is afraid Ruth is going to have an abortion. Walter does not believe.
